Monumental Metaphors

As a professional speaker, internet marketing coach, and business growth consultant, I travel around the world to help entrepreneurs. During those trips (and on vacation) I often run across a famous landmark that triggers a business idea to share via video.

I call them Monumental Metaphors.

In Take Action! Revise Later, I share 6 of these from the Washington, D.C. area. On this page, you can find the video version of these, plus the other lessons from far away places.

I’ll take all the metaphors, similies, and homilies ya got! :)

Any time I watch or read or listen to your work, I can’t help but think of all the awesomeness students are missing because you’re not at the front of the classroom anymore. I know. The only thing you really did was make a “lateral” shift to a different kind of classroom – right, Bob? But I hope you’ll get my drift.

I love your Monumental Metaphors! They remind me of “teaching moments” I created from ordinary objects I have sitting on my desk.

    Keep the good stuff coming!
